About Us
Be Seen Hire was founded in 2013 when the founder Ray saw an underserved market with many of his local retailers not utilizing outdoor advertising. He gradually built Be Seen Hire over the next few years purely through word of mouth due to his focus on customer service.
Over the last few years, Ray transitioned the business to the new Director, Armi and General Manager, Tara. Armi needed a job where he could fulfil his two passions – helping customers and spending time with his dog, Zeno (Our mascot). We aim to match Zeno’s enthusiasm when dealing with our valued customers to deliver you the best experience possible – that’s why he is our logo.
Tara, Aaron and Armi are motivated to continue to focus on making sure our VMS Trailers and Digital LED Trailers can continue to do what matters, help our customers get results. As we are the largest marketing/retail focused trailer company in Melbourne we know what works for this form of advertising and want to make it work for you.
While you see many of these trailers used in roadworks applications, we have a focus on marketing and that means that instead of old shabby boards, we take pride in our product like you do with your store – we ensure we always have well maintained, clean, presentable trailers with the latest technology.

Director / Zeno’s Human: Armi
Working with retailers to help them advertise more effectively is great and the best part of the job is hearing positive feedback from a happy customer. It isn’t easy running a business, so we want to always make it easier for you. We will always be a family-owned business who focus on our customers above all else. Also, Zeno never stops eating so Be Seen Hire helps me put food in his bowl every morning!

Tara built her career in hospitality by training chefs and opening restaurants across Canada. She made the move to Australia and has maintained her day 1 attitude of always serving the customer, transitioning to the VMS industry with a focus on timely service and building relationships with customers. When she isn’t running Be Seen Hire she’s camping, exploring her new country and cooking for her partner and 2 cats.

Aaron started out as an Assistant Manager of an IGA Supermarket, across 3 different branches – so he understands the difficulty of keeping everything going every single day in a business. After 8 years within supermarkets, he transitioned into the traffic industry and this experience has held him in good stead to be able to both understand our customers, as well as our product. Aaron has upgraded his gaming rig to 4 screens, but he assures us at least 2 screens always have Be Seen Hire trailer messaging on them!
